PK XD Rideable Moon Bunny Bug - Pet Not Working On Xiaomi 12T

I purchased a rideable pet in PK XD, but even after months, I still cannot ride it. My pet is the two-legged Moon Bunny, and I bought it using in-game diamonds. I use a Xiaomi 12T device, and my in-game name is Rmolo. When I try to ride the pet, a warning appears on the screen in another language, telling me to go to the pet shop. When I go to the shop, I cannot perform any action, and I make no progress toward fixing the issue. I have been dealing with this problem for about 2–3 months. I can enter the game normally and use all other features, but this rideable pet feature simply does not work. I have not yet contacted in-game support or any other channel. I request that this issue be examined technically and that my two-legged Moon Bunny pet—purchased as a rideable pet—be made functional with all the features I paid for.
