Live Chat Support Ignores My Missing Piabellacasino Deposit

I deposited about $235 into Piabellacasino on November 21, from a bank account registered in my name. Even though the bank approved the transaction and I have the receipt, the amount has not shown up in my casino account at all.
Since that day I’ve contacted live support every single day, but I feel like I’m being put off. They say they’re waiting for an email from the bank, or that the amount is blocked in the account provided by the site, and they’re working to remove the block — but there’s been no real progress. As of today, it’s been six days, and my money still has not been credited, nor has any other solution been offered.
I request that Piabellacasino immediately investigate the deposit for which I already submitted the receipt, credit the full amount I deposited to my account, and urgently resolve the hardship I’ve suffered.
