I Face Unauthorized 483-Unit Withdrawal From My Pi Wallet Account

On October 5, 2025, I noticed that 483 units were withdrawn from my Pi Wallet account without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction is visible in my account activity, but I did not initiate or approve it. I also did not receive any notification or confirmation message on my phone or email at the time the transaction occurred.

I have never experienced such an issue before, and I have not made any payments, subscriptions, or membership-related transactions. I also haven’t yet contacted customer service regarding this matter.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated, that the deducted balance be refunded to my account, and that I be informed about the security status of my account to prevent future incidents.
