I Can’t Activate Step 9 and Wallet in Pi Network Despite Completing KYC

I’ve completed every required step in the Pi Network application, including the KYC verification, yet my account remains stuck at step 9, which refuses to activate. This is incredibly frustrating because all other steps are marked as complete, and I’ve followed the instructions exactly as provided within the app.

It’s been a long wait to reach this phase, and I was excited to finally unlock the wallet functionality and move forward with the project. However, the app continuously shows the same issue at step 9 and never progresses. I’ve tried logging out and back in, updating the app, and waiting for server refreshes, but nothing works.

For a platform that promotes decentralization and inclusion, it's disappointing to face such technical glitches without any real support or troubleshooting guidance. I am asking Pi Network to look into this issue seriously, fix whatever backend problems are preventing the step from activating, and allow me access to the wallet I’ve rightfully earned after completing all the necessary steps.
