Pi Network KYC Stuck at Step 9

I am unable to progress past Step 9 in the Pi Network KYC verification process, despite all my friends successfully completing theirs. I have tried multiple solutions, including resetting my password and updating my email address, but nothing has worked.
I have completed all the other verification steps, but Step 9 remains stuck, preventing me from fully verifying my account. This is extremely frustrating, especially when others have had no issues.
I need urgent support from Pi Network’s team to resolve this problem. If anyone has experienced this and found a solution, please help. Pi Network must address this issue immediately so that I can proceed with my account verification!
