If PhotoRoom lost your saved projects, make sure you're logged into the right account—projects are linked to your email or login method (Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.).
If you just uninstalled the app or swapped devices, you may be in a guest session or using another account without realizing it.
Next, check your project history by launching the app or app.photoroom.com on your PC.
Navigate to the My Content or Projects section. If nothing displays, log out and try logging in again using another login method you may have used previously.
If any projects are still missing, please contact PhotoRoom Support. Tap the help symbol on the Create screen and select Contact PhotoRoom Team, or utilize the assistance widget in the Help Center.
Include your account email and the date the projects disappeared for a faster response.
