PhotoGrid Bills Free Plan User Without Warning or Approval
Even though I was using the free plan on the PhotoGrid app, $43 was charged to my account through the App Store on June 27, 2025, without any approval from me. I did not receive any notification or warning indicating that a subscription was being started or that a charge would be applied.
I am requesting that this transaction be canceled and that a refund be issued. I have been unable to reach customer support and therefore could not find a solution. I kindly request urgent assistance regarding this matter.
