Parimatch Support Failed To Help With Missing ₹17,250 Deposit

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account (Parimatch ID: 946341947) today using PhonePe via UPI for an amount of ₹17,250. Although the money was debited from my PhonePe and I have the payment details, the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account and on my side the transaction is showing as failed. The PhonePe transaction ID is T2605122044495689964356 and the UTR number is 143535865166. Despite this, my Parimatch balance has not increased and I have not received any clear information about the status of this payment. I also tried to reach Parimatch customer care, but the support is not working and I could not get any help regarding this issue. I request that the ₹17,250 from this UPI/PhonePe transaction be checked urgently and credited to my Parimatch account linked to ID 946341947 as soon as possible, and in any case that it should be added today itself so that I do not lose my money.
