Recharge Not Credited After Successful PhonePe Payment

On 11/07/2026 I made a recharge of ₹700 in the Big daddy game by paying through QR. The payment was completed successfully, and in my PhonePe application the transaction appears as successful with the reference SAKT***RU568@lob and the amount of ₹700 sent to SAKTHI G*** R***. Despite the payment being successful, the ₹700 was not credited to my Big daddy game account and I did not receive the recharge balance in the game. Since then I have been waiting, but nothing has been added to my game wallet and there has been no correction of this issue. I tried to reach support, but I have not received any reply or assistance from Big daddy game regarding this missing recharge. I am attaching the PhonePe payment confirmation screenshot as proof that the transaction was completed on 11 July 2026 for ₹700. My correct registered email address for this game/payment is gs3333***@gmail.com. I request that my missing ₹700 recharge be either immediately credited to my Big daddy game account or that my money be refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
