On March 10, 2026, I made a bank transfer of ₹2,000 through PhonePe to the UPI ID JKBMERC005827**@jkb in order to deposit funds into my BDG Big Daddy game account. The PhonePe transaction ID for this payment is 661799406545.
The amount has already been successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG Big Daddy game account. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that my bank statement is being reviewed by the relevant department and that I should wait.
However, despite this, my BDG Big Daddy account balance has not been updated, and the delay is causing inconvenience. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by crediting the ₹2,000 to my BDG Big Daddy game account without further delay. If that is not possible, I request clear confirmation of the transaction status and assurance that my money will not be lost.
