Bigg Daddy Game Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I deposited 32,000 Indian rupees into my Bigg Daddy Game account via PhonePe using the transaction/reference number 626092340356. However, even after two days, the money has not been credited to my game account. After noticing that the deposit was not received, I contacted your support team. I was informed that the payment was being checked, but even after two days there has been no proper resolution and the amount is still missing. I request that you urgently resolve this issue by either immediately crediting the full amount of 32,000 INR to my Bigg Daddy Game wallet or refunding the full amount back to my PhonePe account linked to this transaction. I expect a quick and clear response, as this is a large amount and the delay is causing me serious concern.
