PhonePe and Google Pay Refund Issue Complaint

I am raising a complaint regarding two UPI transactions in which a total amount of ₹4,000 was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive the proper benefit or refund of these payments. The first issue is with a PhonePe transaction. On 10 February 2026 at about 07:43 AM, I made a payment of ₹2,000 through PhonePe to Clickhorizon Traders Private Limited (UPI ID: pt76**@suryoday). The status in PhonePe is shown as “Transaction Successful”. The Transaction ID is T2602100743407752746054, and the UTR number is 659799962631. The amount of ₹2,000 was debited from my Indian Bank account ending with 7345 via UPI powered by Yes Bank. Even though the transaction shows successful and the amount has been deducted, I have not received the proper confirmation or benefit of this payment, and the money has not come back to my account. The second issue is with a Google Pay transaction. On 10 February 2026 at around 07:34 AM, I made a payment of ₹2,000 through Google Pay to Logicgrove Technology Private Limited (UPI ID: Igt83**@suryoday). This payment was sent from my Allahabad Bank account ending with 7345 in the name of Mr. Kamlesh Kum** using Google Pay ID kamleshm6**@okicici. The UPI transaction ID is 640704271765, and the Google transaction ID is CICAgMiSIMnreA. In this case as well, the amount of ₹2,000 was debited from my bank account, and the transaction status shows as completed, but I have not received the proper benefit or any reversal of the amount. In both cases, a total of ₹4,000 has been blocked even though both transactions are shown as successful. I request that these two transactions be checked urgently and that the amounts of ₹2,000 each be refunded to my respective bank account as soon as possible. I also request a clear written explanation for both transactions, stating what went wrong and when the refund will be processed.
