PhonePe SBI Account Not Showing Despite Linked Mobile

I have been facing a problem with PhonePe from the first day I started using the app. My SBI bank account, which is linked with my current mobile number, is not getting selected in PhonePe. Despite the mobile number being correctly linked to my SBI account, I am unable to use this account on PhonePe as expected. When I contacted SBI customer care about this issue, they informed me that everything is fine on the bank side and advised me to get the PhonePe application checked. This means the problem seems to be on the PhonePe side, not with SBI. I request that my SBI account be properly activated and linked on PhonePe with my current mobile number so that I can use all services without any issues, or I would like a clear explanation of why my account cannot be selected if there is any restriction.
