If PhonePe doesn’t show your bank account after login, you can relink it yourself. Open PhonePe, tap your profile (top-left), go to “Payment Methods” → “Bank Accounts,” then tap “Add New Bank Account.”
Next choose your bank from the list; PhonePe will auto-detect your number and fetch account details. Then confirm by entering the last six digits of your debit card and expiry date, verify via OTP on your registered phone, and set a UPI PIN to finalize linking.
If your mobile number isn’t the one registered with the bank, or the bank doesn’t support UPI, linking won’t succeed — ensure both match and the bank supports UPI.
If linking still fails, contact your bank to confirm that your mobile number is correctly registered and UPI is enabled, then retry.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
