On 12/05/2026 at around 7:01, I made a UPI payment of 4,000 via PhonePe from my UPI ID anandkumargu***5@ybl for a deposit to the BDG game website. However, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG game account. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account through PhonePe, but the deposit has not reflected in the game balance, nor have I received any confirmation in the game. This situation has caused me financial loss and I am unable to use the amount that has been deducted. I request that my transaction be checked urgently and that the 4,000 either be credited to my BDG game account or refunded back to my original payment source at the earliest. I also request written confirmation once this issue is resolved.
