PhonePe Allowed an Unauthorized Payment to a 1win Account

On May 9, 2024, an amount of ₹300 was deducted from my PhonePe wallet as a successful payment to a 1win account without my knowledge or consent.

I discovered this transaction later and immediately realized that I had never authorized or approved this payment. I did not intentionally send money to any 1win account, and I believe this transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized access to my PhonePe wallet.

This situation is extremely concerning because money was transferred from my account without my permission, raising serious concerns about the security of my wallet and payment information.

I request that this transaction, dated May 9, 2024, be urgently investigated in detail and that the ₹300 deducted from my PhonePe wallet and transferred to the 1win account be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request clarification regarding how this unauthorized transaction was processed and what security measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
