PhonePe Payment Successful but BDG Win Wallet Not Updated

I made a deposit of 1,000 rupees to my BDG Win account on April 24 via my PhonePe wallet. The payment was successfully completed on PhonePe with UTR number 237876268501, but the amount has neither been credited to my BDG Win wallet nor returned to my bank account. Since the date of the transaction, I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved, but there has been no update to my balance and no refund has been processed.

I am providing these details so the transaction can be verified using the UTR number and payment records. I request that my payment of 1,000 rupees made on April 24 via PhonePe (UTR: 237876268501) be urgently refunded to my bank account. I also ask to be informed in writing once the process has been completed. I would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
