Parimatch Marked My Support Ticket Resolved but My Money Is Still Missing

I deposited ₹1,505 into my Parimatch account using PhonePe UPI (linked to my Bank of Baroda account) through the Scanner UPI option. The money was debited from my bank account about 2.5 days ago, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account or reflected in my game balance. My Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 93724323**. After noticing that the amount was not credited, I contacted Parimatch customer support through the in‑app chat. They told me to raise a ticket, which I did. However, when I checked the ticket status later, it was marked as “Resolved/Solved” even though the ₹1,505 had still not reached my Parimatch account. I also received a message earlier, but despite that, the money did not come into the game. I tried to talk to support again, but they are not giving any clear or accurate answers. The chat only shows fixed, preset options that do not match my actual problem, so I am unable to explain my issue properly or get real help. There is no proper contact number or correct email address that I can find to reach someone who can actually resolve this. I am very stressed because my ₹1,505 has been missing for around 2.5 days now. I request that this specific ₹1,505 PhonePe UPI deposit from my Bank of Baroda account be urgently located and immediately credited to my Parimatch game account linked to 93724323**, instead of being refunded to the bank. I also request a clear explanation of why the ticket was marked as resolved while the money was never credited.
