Parimatch Deposit Missing After PhonePe Payment
I am writing regarding a problem with a 1200 deposit I made to my Pari Match account by phone on 27th of this month at around 8:28 p.m. I selected the first deposit option for 1200 on Pari Match and was redirected to PhonePe, where I completed the payment successfully. After paying 1200, I was taken back to Pari Match, but instead of seeing any confirmation, the app went directly to the home page and the 1200 was not credited to my account. The payment was successfully completed on the PhonePe/mobile side and the amount was taken from my balance, but it has still not been credited to my Pari Match account. After noticing that the money was missing, I contacted Pari Match customer support and a ticket was created for this issue. However, the ticket status is now shown as “resolved”, even though the 1200 has not been added to my account and the problem clearly continues. I request that my missing 1200 deposit be urgently traced and credited to my Pari Match account, or otherwise refunded to my original payment method. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the ticket was marked as resolved while the issue remains unresolved.
