4RABET Did Not Credit My Deposit Despite Successful PhonePe Payment
On May 4, 2026, at around 6:05 PM, I made a deposit of ₹9,999.99 to my 4RABET account (ID: 22b0cf95-319f-45cd-90ce-ac96d3854701) via UPI using PhonePe, linked to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4RABET balance.
I contacted customer support and was told that the deposit is “being processed” and that the funds would appear in my account once the payment system confirms the transaction, along with a confirmation email. However, more than 24 hours have passed since the transaction, the money has already been debited from my bank account, and nothing has been credited to my 4RABET account.
I request that this issue be urgently resolved by either crediting ₹9,999.99 to my 4RABET account without any further delay or refunding the full amount back to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account linked to PhonePe. I also ask to be clearly informed about the action taken.
