My Complaint Was Rejected Despite Successful UPI Deposit

I deposited ₹1,799.72 into my Tashan Win account via UPI on 31 May 2026 at 17:06:51, but the amount has not been credited to my game wallet. The UPI reference number for this payment is 107927749266, and the payment was successfully debited from my bank account. I reported this issue through the game, but my report was rejected even though the payment has clearly gone through on my side. PhonePe has also confirmed the successful payment and advised me to contact the merchant with the UTR and payment details. I request that the missing amount of ₹1,799.72 be either deposited into my Tashan Win game wallet or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask that you review why my earlier report was rejected despite valid proof of payment, and provide a clear explanation.
