Deposit Amount Pending

I am writing to report an unresolved failed deposit issue with my Dafabet sports account and to request that my money be either credited to my Dafabet account or refunded to my original payment method. On 31 May 2026, I made a deposit of INR 20,000 to Dafabet via PhonePe using UPI from India. The transaction was successfully completed on my side, but on the Dafabet website it showed as failed, and the money never appeared in my Dafabet account. The UPI transaction reference for this payment is T2605312318471812396543, and the amount was debited from my PhonePe/UPI balance even though Dafabet did not credit it. Since this incident, I have repeatedly tried to reach Dafabet customer support through both live chat and email. It is very difficult to connect with a live chat agent, and when someone does connect, they only say that they will escalate the issue, but nothing is actually resolved. My emails are not being answered, and so far I have received no realistic or concrete response while my money remains missing. I request that this failed deposit be investigated urgently and that the amount related to the above UPI transaction ID be either credited to my Dafabet account or refunded to my PhonePe/UPI source without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of what caused this issue and why it has not been resolved despite my repeated attempts to contact support.
