BGD Win Deposit Via PhonePe Not Credited To My Account
My name is Golu K*** and I am writing about an issue I faced on the Bgd Win website regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account. Around 7 hours ago, I deposited ₹1000 to Bgd Win through PhonePe, but this amount has still not appeared in my Bgd Win balance. The payment was successfully completed from my PhonePe side, but the funds are missing on the Bgd Win website. This situation is very frustrating because I cannot use the amount I have already paid, and there is no clear information showing where the money is. I have already contacted customer support about this problem, but the issue is still not resolved. I request that my ₹1000 be credited to my Bgd Win account as soon as possible or that the exact status of this transaction be clearly explained and, if necessary, my money be refunded without further delay. I expect this matter to be checked urgently and resolved promptly so that I do not face any further financial or mental stress due to this failed credit.
