BDG Deposit Still Missing After Successful PhonePe UPI Payment

On May 1, 2026, I made a deposit to my BDG account through UPI using the PhonePe application. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the deposit has still not been credited to my BDG balance. It has now been five days, and the money is still stuck without any resolution.
After noticing the issue, I contacted BDG customer support. I was informed that the payment was being reviewed by the “relevant department.” However, since receiving that response, nothing has changed, and I have not been provided with any meaningful update, explanation, or solution regarding my missing deposit.
I request that my payment be urgently investigated and that the deposit either be credited immediately to my BDG account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what caused the transaction problem and why the payment remains unresolved after several days.
