PhonePe Transaction Successful but BDG Balance Missing

On February 5, I attempted to add ₹2,000 from my NSDL Bank account to my BDG game wallet using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my NSDL account, but it never reached my BDG game wallet and is still not reflected there.

I contacted BDG Game support multiple times, and each time they told me that they had not received the funds yet and asked me to be patient. However, a significant amount of time has passed, and the money has still not been credited to my game wallet, nor have I received any proper resolution.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the ₹2,000 deducted from my NSDL Bank account via PhonePe on February 5 be credited to my BDG game wallet as soon as possible.
