Philips Bluetooth Headset: No Replacement Parts Available
Hello, I have a Philips Bluetooth headset. The leather sponge that covered the headset has worn out, and the leather parts have begun to fall off. When I called Philips customer service, they told me they couldn't provide a replacement part. They claim there are no spare parts for a product released in 2020, despite the fact that they continue to sell the product. This is unacceptable. I want to pay for the replacement part myself. They keep saying it's not available. Do they expect me to buy a new headset every 2-3 years? This is an absurd policy. I will never use this brand again, and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. Philips is finished with me.
