Peugeot 3008 Chronic AdBlue Issue

I am the second owner of a 2019 Peugeot 3008 EAT8 Allure with approximately 80,000 kilometers. My vehicle is experiencing a recurring engine and AdBlue system malfunction. This is the second time in a year I've encountered this issue. Previously, the problem was "reset" by connecting a diagnostic tool. However, it has reappeared.

My AdBlue tank is currently full, leading me to believe this might be a chronic problem based on what I've read online.

What is the root cause of this malfunction, and is there a permanent solution available?
