My Peugeot 408 Free Service Campaign Was Canceled
We purchased a full service package campaign for our brand-new Peugeot 408 vehicle, which we bought in June 2023. As part of this campaign, the first two maintenance services were supposed to be free of charge. We completed the first maintenance for free in June last year. When we returned this year for the second one, we were told the campaign had ended one month ago and that we would now need to pay for the service. I bought this package—what do you mean the two years ended a month ago? Why should the campaign expire before I’ve even used my second maintenance? Why did I pay for it then? You’re quick to call people in for maintenance just to ensure the warranty continues and to collect payment, but now you’re saying it's one month too late and voiding the benefits? This feels like the only company where we’re treated so poorly even after paying. If my issue is not resolved, I will put my car up for sale and clearly state that I distanced myself from the brand because of this experience. I also plan to send a detailed email to the company’s international headquarters.
