Peugeot Chrome Trim Paint Peeling – No Warranty Assistance Provided
On 10.11.2025, with the work order number 11110027, I delivered my vehicle to Peugeot Authorized Service. My car had an issue with paint peeling on the chrome part of the air vent. No chemical cleaning products were ever used on the affected area; it has only been wiped with a damp cloth. However, despite the car being only one year old, the paint and coating on this part have already started to peel off. I believe this is clearly a manufacturing or material quality issue. The service, however, stated that the problem is not covered under warranty and did not offer any solution. Moreover, Peugeot Authorized Service showed a lack of interest and support throughout the process. Unfortunately, this situation reflects the general lack of customer care and attention among Peugeot dealerships in Turkey.
