I Canceled Personality.co but Never Received My Refund

I signed up for Personality.co thinking it was a personality test. I answered 100 questions, and at the very end I was told that I could only see my results if I paid $2, with a note saying that I could cancel within one week. I went ahead and canceled the membership, but my money was never refunded.
I wish it had been clearly stated from the beginning that the test results were paid content. This information was only shown at the very end, after I had already completed the entire test, which I find misleading and unfair.
