If Personality.co charged you after a long quiz and then enrolled you in a subscription without clear notice, first contact their support in writing (via the “Contact Us” form on personality.co or the support email) explaining you never agreed to ongoing billing and ask for a full refund of the unexpected charge.
Be specific that you were only expecting a one-time result fee and mention the lack of transparent pricing before the charge.
