They don't even know what they're doing. There isn't a single place in Istanbul that offers gifts or promotions. It's been going on for years. They have a budget for advertising with celebrities, but they won't give a single Pepsi to consumers without doing acrobatics. The problem that hasn't been solved for almost two years, the same tactics, the same stalling, the same copy-paste responses. Aren't you aware that it's getting old? Do you enjoy profanity? What's your goal? Why won't you contact me with someone in charge? Do we have to swear for you to pay attention? What's your purpose? I'm warning you like a human being, and I know how to talk to you. Don't test my patience. This is my final warning.
