I encountered a multifaceted issue starting with a sudden, unannounced alteration in my scheduled flight from Istanbul to Berlin, which led to me missing my flight. This was compounded by an unprofessional and racially biased treatment from Pegasus Airlines staff. In a distressing escalation, one staff member physically assaulted me by striking me on the face in front of gate 503A at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following this, a group of employees surrounded me, physically pushing and assaulting me, further exacerbating the situation and public humiliation. This ordeal peaked when my glasses fell to the ground, were trampled by the staff, and had to be returned to me by a fellow passenger. This sequence of events not only led to financial loss due to the need to purchase a new ticket but also inflicted significant emotional distress and physical harm, all witnessed by other passengers at the airport.
