Unable to Retrieve My Lost AirPods from Pegasus After Flight

I flew from Athens to Istanbul with Pegasus on September 13, 2024, and accidentally left my AirPods on the plane. I contacted customer service, and they gave me a pin code, telling me I could use it to retrieve my AirPods. When I went to Sabiha Gökçen Airport to collect them, the staff informed me that my AirPods were sent to a warehouse and that I would need to request for them to be returned before I could pick them up.
Using the "Find My" app, I can still see that my AirPods are at Sabiha Gökçen, but one of the earbuds has been removed from the case. Despite this, the staff won’t give me a clear reason why I can’t get my AirPods back. I contacted customer service again, but they only asked for more information and said they would contact me later without assuring me that my AirPods would be returned.
As a frequent traveler who relies on my AirPods, this situation is causing me significant inconvenience. I hope Pegasus resolves this issue soon, as I’ve been left without any clear answers or support. Thank you.
