Unable to Check-In for Pegasus Flight Due to Missing ID Details

I purchased a ticket to Tbilisi through the Pegasus mobile app, but I’m unable to complete check-in because I didn’t input my ID number and date of birth during the booking process. I contacted Pegasus customer service, and they opened a ticket to resolve the issue, but it has been over 24 hours without any resolution.
My flight is scheduled for November 11, and if this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll face significant difficulties. Pegasus must address this problem immediately and assist me in completing my check-in. I expect prompt action to ensure I can board my flight without further complications. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.
