Pegasus Won’t Let Me Check-In for My Germany Flight

I purchased a Pegasus Airlines ticket for my flight to Cologne, Germany, from February 7-9. My visa is valid until August 2025, so there should be no issue with my travel. However, when I tried to check in on February 4, 2025, I received an error message preventing me from completing the process.

Since my visa is still valid, I don’t understand why this is happening. Is there a system issue, or is Pegasus blocking my check-in for no reason? I need an immediate resolution so I can complete my check-in and avoid any last-minute complications.
