Pegasus Airlines Booking Name Change and Birth Date Error

I bought a ticket through the Pegasus app to travel from Sabiha Gökçen to Skopje. My ticket with PNR code 5U7EXK has my maiden name. My surname has changed due to marriage. When I called customer service, I discovered that the birth date on my ticket is different from my actual birth date. When I checked the Pegasus app, I saw that my birth date was recorded incorrectly, and I can't change it. Customer service created a request, but they responded negatively. I'm requesting an update to my birth date. Also, I'm requesting an update to my surname on the ticket due to my marriage. I don't want my pre-planned vacation to be canceled. I'm waiting for your support on this matter.
