I booked Pegasus Airlines flights for 19 August on the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) – Manchester (MAN) route via Booking.com under PNRs 2BM7NK and 2BM8CL, with e-ticket number 6242261078333. My correct passport name is “QASAM M*** B***”, but the issued ticket shows my first name as “QASIM” instead of “QASAM”, which is a one-letter spelling mistake. Since the name on the ticket must match the name on my passport for international travel, I am very worried that this mistake could cause problems during check-in or boarding, even though it is a minor spelling error. Booking.com customer service informed me that I should contact Pegasus Airlines directly and that the name correction must be handled by the airline. Therefore, I am requesting that you kindly correct my first name on both PNRs so that it exactly matches my passport without cancelling or reissuing the ticket if possible. I can provide a copy of my passport and screenshots of my booking as proof of my correct name and reservation details if needed. I ask for this correction to be processed urgently so that I can travel on my planned flight on 19 August without any issues.
