Pierre Cardin Suitcase Damaged During Pegasus Airlines PC1920 Flight

On June 26, 2024, I took flight PC1920 from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Ercan Airport. During this trip, my Pierre Cardin suitcase, which I used for the first time, was severely damaged. Three wheels were broken off and the entire suitcase was cracked. While the tag on my undamaged suitcase remained intact, the tag on the broken suitcase had been removed. It seems the tag was taken off to prevent us from reporting the damage. As a result, we couldn't file a report with baggage security. Additionally, the baggage security staff didn't inform us that we could find the suitcase number online. Due to a 20-minute flight delay, our transfer minibus rushed us, forcing us to leave the airport. I am requesting compensation for the damage to my suitcase, which has the baggage code PC0615057704855.
