Pegasus Price Lock Failed for My Flight – Charged Extra Despite Paying to Hold Fare
I booked a direct Pegasus flight from Izmir to Stuttgart for an adult and a child on September 30, 2024. To secure the price, I paid an additional fee to lock the fare for 15 days. However, when I tried to complete the purchase within the lock period, I found that the price had increased.
Upon reaching out to customer service, they changed my ticket package to Comfort Flexi to view the fare difference, which further raised the price. I've been contacting different agents at various times for 9 days now, but no one in a managerial position has reached out to resolve my issue. The call center keeps extending the lock period, but no real solution is provided, and I keep receiving survey calls after each conversation.
I urgently request a callback from a senior representative to resolve this pricing discrepancy and address my concerns. Thank you.

Despite having paid to fix the ticket price, I have been facing a discrepancy and have called numerous times since 13/10/2024, yet no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I have called perhaps 15 times. This is my second complaint here. Is it really that difficult to correct an error made by your company on a ticket? Is it so hard to get back to me to resolve this? The purpose and meaning of the fee paid to fix the ticket price is to prevent discrepancies. My request number is 11147404.
