Pegasus Did Not Provide the Selected Seat Despite Payment
On August 18th, I purchased 3 tickets for my wife and children for the 14:20 flight from STR to SAW. I activated extra features and selected seats, in-flight entertainment, baggage allowance, and sandwiches. Additionally, I paid an extra 40€ to choose seats in the front rows.
To minimize errors, I even completed the online check-in. However, at the baggage drop-off, the staff issued tickets for row 12 instead of the 7th row that I had selected. My family ended up flying in row 12. We couldn't use the entertainment system I paid for because there was none in those seats. Additionally, the meal I paid for was initially taken to row 7, but my wife intervened at the last moment to get it delivered to our actual seats.
I kindly request a refund for the extra payment I made for seat selection and the entertainment system.
