Pegasus Car Rental Reservation Cancelled Without Refund or Notice

On May 7, 2026, I booked a rental car through the Pegasus mobile app with reservation number TR996448890 and paid ₺7,716.02 by credit card. When I went to the Windy Cars office at Çukurova Airport in Mersin, Türkiye, to pick up the car, I was shocked to learn that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior information, and I was unable to collect the vehicle. After this unacceptable situation, I immediately contacted Pegasus customer service by phone. During the call, I was told that Pegasus does not handle car rental transactions and that they only work with a company called Cartrawler, and I was simply directed to contact Cartrawler at 0850 766 24 25. However, I could not reach this number at all. Trying to contact Cartrawler through their website was also extremely difficult, and I was left without any clear or reliable point of contact. Despite all my efforts to reach the Windy Cars office at Çukurova Airport in person, Pegasus customer service by phone, and Cartrawler via their website, no responsibility was taken and no concrete solution or explanation was offered about the refund of the service I did not receive. The amount I paid ₺7,716.02 TL is still being kept, despite the fact that I was not provided with any service. I find it completely unacceptable that Pegasus, Cartrawler or Windy Cars have not issued a refund for a reservation that was cancelled without my knowledge and from which I received no benefit. I clearly and firmly demand that the full amount of ₺7,716.02, which I paid via credit card for this cancelled car rental and from which I did not receive any service, be refunded to the same credit card immediately and without any deductions, and that this grievance be resolved without any further delay.
