Pegasus Airlines Ticket Change Charges
On July 16, 2024, I made a ticket change and called customer service to inquire about the fee details. The attitude of the customer service representative was unacceptable for a company like Pegasus. I want to understand how the fee charged for the change was calculated, but their response was, "You approved it, why are you asking?" Don't I have the right to know what I approved and paid for? I expect feedback on the evaluation of customer service.
