Pegasus Airlines is making it extremely difficult to fly internationally with pets. Despite having a veterinary check and an approved titration test report from the Ministry of Agriculture, they are still asking me to email h****************************@tarimorman.gov.tr to obtain an approval code. Without this code, I can't fly. I want an explanation from the authorities. Why is this extra requirement necessary now when it wasn't before?
