On December 27, 2023, an unauthorized transaction of ₺13,059.00 was debited from my IsBank credit card without my knowledge, consent, and without the confirmation of an SMS code. The transaction was made in the name of Flypegasus, under the reference "PSG3". It's important to note that this transaction was carried out without my awareness or approval. In response to this incident, I have already taken the precaution of canceling my card. I request the necessary steps be taken to refund the unauthorized transaction amount promptly.
