Pegasus Airlines Canceled My Montenegro Flight

Pegasus Airlines canceled my Montenegro flight one month in advance, forcing me to switch to a connecting flight, which resulted in an extra day of travel expenses. Since I had booked my ticket early, I couldn't find a ticket with other airlines for the canceled date. Additionally, our return flight was delayed by an hour. During the delay, the system did not update the delay in the app, and I received an error when trying to use my BolPoints for a previous flight. I couldn't use my existing BolPoints due to Pegasus' error. This was a series of disappointments. I do not forgive those who set up this system for the trouble it has caused me.
