PDF Editor Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization
On September 16, I noticed a charge of approximately $21 on my VakıfBank credit card from pdfeditor.org. I never purchased a subscription from this company, never authorized this payment, and never knowingly started a membership, yet this amount was charged to my card.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank. The bank told me that I needed to submit a cancellation request through the website in order to dispute and cancel the transaction. However, when I logged into the website, I could not find any subscription or active membership associated with my name or email address. As a result, I am unable to cancel the charge through the website either.
I am requesting that the unauthorized $21 charge be canceled and that the full amount be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. I also request that any subscription or membership that may appear to be associated with my information be completely terminated.
