Epos PDFSimpli Charges Unauthorized $22 Fee on Credit Card

On April 16, 2026, an unauthorized charge of $22 (reference number 29561604) was processed from my Yapı Kredi card under the name Epos PDFSimpli, despite me never subscribing or giving my authorization. I absolutely do not accept this charge on my card when I have no membership, subscription, or service purchase with this company.

As soon as I noticed this transaction, I contacted my bank, canceled my card, and filed a dispute for the charge in question. I have suffered financial distress and lost time due to this charge executed without my consent.

I demand that the full $22 drawn from my card without my permission or knowledge be refunded in full without any deductions as soon as possible, along with a complete explanation detailing how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
