I bought a shaving machine from Pazarama, and the product arrived. When I opened the packaging, I noticed small black-and-white hair strands on the blade area and inside the box. I took photos and returned the product, but the company rejected my return. I called Pazarama, and they said, "We’ve noted your objection and will get back to you within three days." They later called and told me to take the product to the service center. I explained that I had already returned the product and didn’t have it. What would the service even check? Run a DNA test on the hair in the box?! They didn’t understand. Neither my money nor the product has been returned, and no one has taken responsibility. When I called again after three more days, they repeated that I needed to send the product to the service. I asked if they were messing with me since the issue was about receiving a used product, not a faulty one. Only then did they say, "I see, I’ll make a note." When I asked what would happen next, they replied, "I don’t know, I just made a note." I’ve never dealt with such an irresponsible company—it felt like a prank. They took both my money and the product, offering no solution. Pazarama is nothing but regret and misery. Consider this a warning to everyone.

There is still no intervention or development; this company is really left to God. You just write some cliché things here and move on. I am amazed at how this company has managed to become an e-commerce company.

Pazarama sent an email today, 13 days later, despite my speaking with customer service hundreds of times and making so much effort. They only sent an email today, 13 days later, saying they are returning the product to me, and if I wish, I can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board. They also gave me a cargo tracking number. Who knows what they are sending, who knows what kind of mess they are packaging and sending back to me, there is no one overseeing or inspecting this. It's a company that puts customers in this situation, greasing the wheels of a few malicious sellers. I leave it to everyone's judgment. This is Pazarama; either the money is a bottomless pit or it's gone, be prepared for any kind of surprise.
