Pazarama Sent a Product That Does Not Match the Image and Ignored Me

I have a complaint about Pazarama and Zumm Ecza e-commerce sites! The item I got is not what was depicted in the picture. Because my mother accidentally used it, I'm unable to return it at all. This isn't the first time I've encountered a problem like this—I once ordered dog food, and the weight was not what was promised. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity to receive my refund. This experience is incredibly exasperating. Additionally, I'm unable to include photos in my review, which stops me from illustrating precisely what went wrong. They do not meet even the simplest expectations for customer satisfaction. I will not accept this situation and intend to file a complaint with the Ministry of Trade. When an online store lacks reliability, making purchases turns into a daunting task.
